SFA - ACEO "White Arabian" horse painting.

This original acrylic horse painting I did last night is now listed on eBay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290380157555 I've also included a gallery of my horse paintings, seems I'm doing a lot of horses, don't know why. Though this is my first acrylic, the others have been watercolor.
It's an ACEO - 2.5x3.5" on Canson canva-paper.

Poster(s) of SFA (ACEOs).

Today's special on Zazzle is for 60% off art prints and posters.

To celebrate I created a triptych (set 3) posters of my first series of alphabet ACEOs / ATCs - all made using a book from the 1800s. This special is almost like buying one, and getting the other 2 free.

Would look really great framed and hanging as a set.

ACEO binder - especially for storing your small art collections.

Just created my first binder for sale on Zazzle.
Of course it HAD to be for ACEO collections (just add trading card sleeves).
I used images of my original ACEO collage alphabet series images, so HAD to call it A-Z.

Need something to store your ACEOs in?

Great gifts for Christmas - very unique.
Despite being on a commercial site, these are printed on demand. NOT mass-produced.

Original Abstract Painting

Selection, brainstorming, searching for subject matter, composition, color and then finally a focus. I go through a whole series of mental exercises before painting.

The only analogy that comes to mind is a baseball pitcher on the mound, winding up then sending a fast ball through the air and hitting the catcher’s mitt. Then bingo I finally know what to paint! (It’s the baseball playoff’s, what can I say.) You don’t normally think of baseball when looking at abstract or impressionist painting but it works for me.

Imagination whether it’s coming from third base sliding into home or focusing on a red abstract tree it feels similar to me. It’s all part of the creative process. So never say “I’m not creative” just look around you and find something that will take you to that playful place....
